Join the company defining what AI becomes good at.

Help define what AI becomes good at. We're building the benchmarks and arenas that shape the future of intelligence.

Open roles

A small team with
outsized leverage.

We hire for taste, intensity, and whether you've built things that mattered to you — not pedigree. Every role here ships work that shapes what AI becomes good at.

Open Application

San FranciscoOn-site · Full-time

Don't see a role that fits? Tell us how you'd create outsized leverage here — send your best work (a project, a repo, a portfolio, or a research idea) and the problems you want to own. We hire exceptional people ahead of named roles.

Engineering

2 roles

Member of Technical Staff, Platform

San FranciscoOn-site · Full-time

AI systems keep getting better on benchmarks yet still fail in real-world use. Design, build, and own distributed systems and core platform infrastructure across the full stack — product surfaces, real-time interaction systems, evaluation pipelines that turn user preferences into model signals, and model orchestration — running in production with speed, reliability, and observability under real-world load.

Member of Technical Staff, ML Research Engineer

San FranciscoOn-site · Full-time

Design and run large-scale evaluations that measure how frontier models perform in real workflows. Turn millions of human preference votes into reliable signals about design taste, agent behavior, reasoning, and robustness; build ranking systems and analysis pipelines, surface model failure modes, and collaborate with engineers on leaderboards and frontier-lab tools.

Growth Design

1 role

Founding Launch Designer

San FranciscoOn-site · Full-time

Announce the moments that define a new era of intelligence. Own launch videos end-to-end — scripting, storyboarding, directing, and editing product demos and cinematic reveals — build brand systems for new arenas, and run distribution across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram. Ship quality work in days, not quarters, alongside a five-person team that's built products for over a million users.

How we hire

What we
look for.

We don't care about pedigree. We care about taste, intensity, and whether you've built things that mattered to you. This is a small team doing work that shapes what AI becomes good at — everyone here has outsized influence, and we're looking for people who are drawn to that kind of leverage and can handle it.

If you've shipped products people actually use, done research that changed how you think, or made something beautiful just because you thought it should exist — we want to talk.

  1. Application

We read every application ourselves. Include anything that shows how you think — a project, a blog post, a portfolio, a repo.

  2. Intro conversation

    15–30 min

A casual call about what you're working on and whether there's mutual interest. You should ask us hard questions about the company.

  3. Technical interview

    45 min

We take a real problem we've had to solve internally and work through it together. No AI tools besides documentation — we just want to see how you reason.

  4. Take-home

    ~3 hours

A focused project that reflects the actual work. Use whatever tools you want — we actively encourage AI tools for speed and productivity.

  5. In-person work trial

    1–2 days

You'll spend time working alongside the team on a real problem, so both sides can see what it's like to build together.

Don't see the right role? Reach out anyway.

We're always looking for exceptional people. Send us your work — a project, a repo, a portfolio, anything that shows how you think.
